Salt Odyssey – Prime salts & spices

“We are tied to the ocean. And when we go back to the sea, whether it is to sail or to watch – we are going back from whence we came” (John F. Kennedy).

The same purpose also had the famous Greek hero Odysseus, who spent 10 years far away from his land, but with his persistence he found the way back to Ithaca.

Ithaca in that case is Messolongi for us, as it is the place were a band of brothers joined their ideas and came up with a premium Greek product called, Salt Odyssey.
Salt Odyssey, is a prime sea salt harvested at the salinas of Messolonghi. It comes out with a rich palette of good quality salt flavours, which are highly interconnected with the gourmet cuisine of this world.

A very attractive mix with a delightful aroma, the spearmint well modified and softened by the other flavours, is which else rather than the “Salt with oregano from Crete and sesame from Evros”. Awarded from the Olymp Awards for a greta taste in 2016, is one of the most special products of Salt Odyssey.

Other unique products that Salt Odyssey produces, is smoked salts, pure salts, himalayan salts and salts with herbs and spices. All of them are natural salts mixed with a variety of pure Greek herbs.

You are thinking of which food you can use it? It is ideal for put-it-on-everything ingredient, as it can be used to flavor your salads, pasta and potatoes if you want to give a more intense taste of the Mediterranean flavors.
